We drove out to the Outpost, had lunch then walked toward Saranac on the rail trail for a little over 3 miles and then returned. A delightful walk, starting just before we turned around it started to sprinkle and stayed that way for the remainder of the hike.
We made scrambled eggs with diced french fries and sausage. It was a good meal.
