Michigan Meetup - Warren PA (Day 8 - May 13, 2023)

 

Michigan Meetup - Warren PA (Dan & Tiffany's) (Day 7 - May 12, 2023)

Spent the day hiking and wandering around Cuyahoga Valley National Park then drove to Dan and Tiffany's.

 

Michigan Meetup - Akron (Cracker Barrel) (Day 6 - May 11, 2023)

After saying goodbye to our Hymer friends we hit the road bound for Cuyahoga National Park arriving mid afternoon then explored finding Brandywine falls. Then we drove south through the park and stayed in Akron. 

 

Michigan Meetup - South Haven (Victoria Resort) (Day 5 - May 10, 2023)

We went to Holland MI for the tulip festival and spent a good part of the day on Windmill Gardens Island. They have an actual windmill from Holland, we learned a ton about how they were used. What a spectacular day. On our way back to the meetup we stopped Saugatuck Dunes State Park. We brought home a little oak seedling that we are nursing in our kitchen and plan to plant in Jesse's backyard.

Michigan Meetup - Flint (Tenacity Brewery) (Day 2 - May 7, 2023)

Stayed the night in the parking lot of Tenacity brewing, unfortunately they were not open so we walked to dinner and then around town. Some fine murals including one of Anthony Bourdain. On the way to Flint we stopped at Niagara Falls and wandered around the American side.

 

Michigan Meetup - Laura and Roland's (Day 1 - May 6, 2023)

We attended a meat raffle at Rollin's dad's fire hall. We won, on the last spin, 3lbs of hot dogs.
