Drove from Fran's in Frisco Colorado to Kodachrome Basin State Park in Utah. Majority of the day on I-70. Passed through Glenwood canyon not knowing that days later that section of I-70 would be taken out by a flash flood.

 

Trip west with Family (Day 3 - July 27, 2021)

 Drove from just west of Lincoln Nebraska to Frisco Colorado. I-80 to I-76 to I-70.

Hot day in Denver we stopped at REI and Irene picked up a new pair of Keens.

Spent the night in Fran and Marie's driveway, Fran and Marie cooked us a delightful Salmon dinner.

Trip west with Family (Day 2 - July 26, 2021)

 Drove from just east of Toledo to a little west of Lincoln Nebraska along I-80.

Trip west with Family (Day 1 - July 25, 2021)

We attended Irene's mom's memorial picnic and then hit the road around 5pm. Ended up getting almost to Toledo and spent the night in a rest area on I-80.
