Dan and Tiffany's (Day 2: Sept 25, 2021)

Woke to a clear chilly morning of 44 degrees. I wandered the front of the property with my coffee then caught up with Dan. We took a ride to their friend Mike's home to pick up some basil and then he showed us how to get to an Amish woman, Sarah, who sells produce. Bought and ate a huge glazed donut and bought some peppers for grilling later in the day. Then headed into Warren to wander around and explore. A nice little town where the downtown is fairly well maintained. A number of historic homes that are in fine shape.

On the way home we visited and walked around Chapman Dam state park near their home. Irene and I did some drone flying around their property. First time for Irene to fly and she did well with the Mavic Air.

I set up the solo stove with the tripod and dutch oven to cook Dutch Oven Chicken Marbella. I had prepped the chicken and marinade before we left Rochester so it was easy to pull together. It came out amazingly well.

Cayuga Lake State Park (September 17, 2021)

Joel and Terryl were at Cayuga lake state part so we grabbed a site and spent the night. Went to dinner at Prison City Brewery in Auburn. On the way back from Auburn we drove through Montezuma Wildlife refuge and caught a beautiful sunset.
