Spent the afternoon at Katheryn Abbey Hanna park in Jacksonville hiking the Z trail. There are a number of mountain bike trails in the park and Z is one of them. We hiked in the opposite direction to the bikers so we generally saw then coming. Not too many though. Nice to see little kids with their moms and dads riding the trails.
The park has an inland portion surrounding a like and a number of beach accesses on the ocean side of the park. The waves were big and there were a large number of surfers enjoying the waves.
As we were walking through this caught my eye as a dinosaur but it doesn't really translate in the photo :)
